Our warranty period is one year. Within the period of warranty, we offer free spare parts, special tools and components which have to be changed during warranty period. After that, we provide paid service for life and supply spare parts at the most favorable price to ensure safe and reliable operation during product lifetime.
We will keep a track of all these tower cranes, construction hoists and other devices we sell from the moment they leave factory. Our after-sales staff will periodically call back our customers to collect their comments and suggestions, which will then be fed back to our headquarters. We have specially-assigned people to sort out the information and then take some actions to improve our after-sales service.
Besides manuals for installation and maintenance, we also provide training service for operators to make them fully understand performance and fault maintenance of our products. Certainly, we will keep our training sessions consistent with the engineering process. Our training sessions include product technical parameters and performance, principle of product systems, basic characteristics of electrical apparatus elements, operating essentials and monitoring and recording product status.
